With funding from the Mayor of London’s Good growth by design scheme, this is a high quality intervention into an otherwise deprived West London community. Community facilities such as a canoe club, kindergarten, meeting and events spaces have been carefully inserted into an unloved 1970s garage undercroft. The MEP proposals are refined and legible yet discrete. They are highly robust yet efficient to run.
