A new build crofters lodge near Clousta on the Isles of Shetland. This house will be built to the forward thinking specification of Passivhaus Plus. Premium comfort is achieved for minimum energy demand; and virtually all the energy requirements are generated on site, making this one the first net zero carbon homes in this challenging climate. The as-built performance will be closely monitored in orer to feed-back key learning.
