Major Student Housing Scheme
Canary Wharf, London
Project Value: £210M
Current Workstage: @RIBA 4
Air Permeability Target: 0.6m3/m2/hr@50Pa
Three towers of student accommodation; office and retail will house 1000 students. This is set to be one of the largest Passivhaus schemes in the Western hemisphere.
As Sub-consultants to Henriksen Studio, we helped set the Passivhaus target in motion with an early-stage feasibility study. Then we built a team to run the Passivhaus assessment and refine the MEP design and airtightness strategy from RIBA stage 2 to 4.
