This is a multi-award winning landmark scheme in low energy housing. With 500 flats, 350 to Passivhaus, it is one of the UK's largest and tallest Passivhaus projects. While at Max Fordham, Bertie worked with the client to determine Passivhaus feasibility from RIBA stage 1.

He was involved as MEP design and PH planner up to technical design stage. Post contract Max Fordham was retained on the client side to see the first phase of the scheme through commissioning and into occupation, with post occupancy evaluation workshops.
