How to build a multifamily Passivhaus!
Architype Ltd Architects and Inside Outside Engineering have submitted the practice report for Agar Grove 1A, one of the first multi-family Passivhaus apartment buildings in the UK.
While working at Maxfordham, Bertie was closely involved from concept to delivery of Passivhaus and MEP for this landmark scheme.
And now you can see how we did it! As part of ongoing research and CPD, we have published a detailed practice report. This covers the Passivhaus modeling, the building fabric design, structural design, and MEP building services. We're very proud of this scheme and are happy to share the knowledge with interested colleagues.
